Yo Mikey, lets look. You and your predecessor chose a country with 30% unemployment rate to hire cheap labor. You both took avg id say 15 mill a year compensation. Your ideas broke a company into 2. Combined, You both added a total 6 billion in debt. Nuti took WHQ from Dayton. Spent tons on money on a worthless HQ in Atlanta. The Global center of excellence was another wasted investment. It was original meant to be built in Georgia then was changed South Carolina. Maybe rumor was true that bills son wanted to go to UGA and the wife didnt want him all alone In Ga? They wasted money relocating me from NJ to georgia before it was built. So we worked in a rented office space. But then they changed their minds to build it in south carolina. They moved me again to SC and guess what, they nvr built it. Few years later I get info they were moving us back to Atlanta because changed their mind again. Neither one of your made any effort to shore up the underfunded pension either. Well Nuti did send out a buy out letter was about all and it was chump change at most. You both have set the course for failure and you replacement seem to be inline with offshore more US employees. Its the only way you seem to make any real money. Diebold, Par systems seem to working out well. Your placement of a building in serbia may in some future turn out to be a disaster. But you got your pay and that was all your concern was. The Board of director or better derelicts sure didnt pick a winner with you, neither did Biden putting you on the advisor committee. You failed big time just like at FIS and Metavante.

Hey Mike H, I hate to burst your bubble, but I spent 44 years with NCR before being dumped in 2018, a few years before planned retirement. In those years I had many good, great, nice direct managers. Worst was one year in late 90’s with 10 managers in one year. One of them left with no notice to the team. I found out after trying to find out why expense reports were not being approved. That started the down hill run, each new CEO, President, Exec VP of this or that made changes that drove customers away, decreased product quality and gutted service quality. It is like it was a game to them to see who could be the bigger mo--n to trash the company and destroy moral. To them it is a game, to me it was a career, one that I loved for the time it lasted.
This post and all these comments are the reason why people on this forum are laid off. If you folks were to come anywhere near tech, the universe needs to make sure ya'll get laid off again.
Please try public school teaching or may be becoming a librarian/construction worker.
