I couldn’t agree more
I just go to my happy place when my manager or any other higher up opens their mouths. I can't focus on their BS as it impacts my health if I do. I get that it's the corporate world and such, however this is being handled very badly.
Of course. They don't want to pay out severance. They figure mind F-g with their employees will get some to quit.
Has been that way for over a year now. When you are being told in a town-hall meeting about the budget issues because “we don’t have enough attrition” they are not hiding that people must go.
That is one strategy, this way they dont have pay a severance. Stay the course grasshopper, hold on till the bitter end!!
