Thread regarding 2U Inc. layoffs

Severance?

For those who have been laid off in the past couple of rounds, what have the severance packages looked like? 1 week of pay for every year worked? More?

Your package is dependent on both tenure and level.

I was in the last round back in Sept 23. It was 3 weeks plus 2 weeks per year of tenure. I was with 2U for 5 years, so I got a total of 13 weeks.

Can I ask what department you are in?

3 weeks base? I got 3 months plus 2 weeks for every year. So for me, it came out to a total of 16 weeks.

Thanks @yvz+1qComDwC

I hope we get the same today. I’m unfortunately part of this next round, and with the way the company has been going, I’ve been worried if we’ll even get a severance. Fingers crossed!
