Anyone in Wells Fargo Merchant Services be aware they have started communicating to employees that Wells bank is taking jobs in house. For now some small processes and all of WFMS finance and accounting jobs are ending Jan 1st 2025. Regardless of your WFMS job you're not safe from the new contract.

A Barclays Bank is also looking to bail.
Wells will not allow the reputation hit or the lack of service. That's why it's separating from us. It can do what we currently do and with time, Wells will do it better.

Wells is also an alliance. How is this affecting merchants under that alliance?
