Just curious how all of you lucky folk are holding up, honestly. Hearing Sales is getting paid at 100% OTE which is HILARIOUS considering some of the reps that got offers can't close a freaking door. Meanwhile, myself and other colleagues who blew it out constantly are fighting for food scraps in this wild west of a job market. Yes, I'm very salty if you can't tell.

everyone is looking for other jobs. Since we are all being paid OTE, there is no reason to talk to customers or partners, our time to look for another job.
Someone mentioned OTE at 100%, but I haven't seen anything in writing nor a check.
I work from home still. Go tattle on me. Live less than 5 miles from office too.
Stop worrying about other people and focus on yourself. Find ways to get better. Or, go back to looking for people abusing WFH to rat out to management.
