I’m on a final cap and my manager has been supportive but the QA standards are so stressful that at this point I just want them to cut me. I’m surprised they’ve let it drag out this long. How much longer will they drag this on?

I work with someone rated a 2, will they be terminated automatically because of poor performance?
Just resign, because you may not be eligible for unemployment due to performance issues.
Why not just resign instead of having a termination on your record?
