He is here for one thing layoffs and Job cuts in United States. Moving business to Mexico.
I would say that Stellantis to find new market outside US. As you leave your customer will leave too, look at your day supply!
I work in simulations, they say they need to improve this area by 100% and cut testing. Yet they cutting best people they have. This shows you management is clueless.
They look at a guy in India that nows how to run the software and think he understood what is the software doing.
Problems in virtual engineering design will cost this company its future.
Who cares. Automotive is dead here in the USA. The funny thing is, who will buy their products? Already overpriced with high interest rates. Time to find a new career, I knew it would not last. 😂. Automotive is nothing but a temporary contract job anymore.
Am I reading too far into this replacement? Was Mark fired in place for another Low Cost Country Advocate that sits in that cost center that will now be in charge of the high cost area. Scary times ahead as he will be fully aligned with Taveres exporting more white/blue collar jobs and plants to Mexico.
