Merkle DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) has been massively laying off employees since summer 2023 in batches of 20-30 termination per month - spread across different offices - in order to bypass laws on mass layoffs and social plans. The selection process is arbitrary and unjustified - it even looks like Russian roulette. The Dentsu Group, which owns Merkle, would simply have imposed immediate restructuring.
