No one dictated the terms of your compensation. You were presented with an offer and then you voluntarily entered into a business relationship with the company. @2yx9 Most of those PIP people are also the variety that qualify for membership in some mine-or-it-tee resource group like the Yung OvrAchieverz or WiNUP. They spend more time blazing green and straightening their purple hair than working, let's give them a promotion over the Role Models!!
@2w7p EPS funds the ICP and is 16.67% on the back end. It is a significant portion. In fact, if EPS are below some value then no ICP funding is available. It doesn't matter if everything is above targets, we would still get nothing.
Job Performance does not matter. I have seen individuals on PIPs hsve a much more rewarding career then role models. It all depends on who you know. If I knew this before I would not have tried so hard. If you get on a PIP and then try harder, management will help you. The role model will get used and discarded. AEP culture.

I thought before Velma took off in the Mystery Machine, without even saying goodbye, after replacing the tech workforce with parasites that she said overmanaging was a problem and hence kindly laid off a bunch of managers. Guess they needed money for another VP to avoid overmanagement.
Hearing that if a role model is given then there should also be an opportunity for improvement given as well in the same group to balance it out. This is going to cause there to be so many solid performers given just to save a penny.
Another VP hired yesterday. Wonder how many more we need!

Y'all seen that news story where them young overachievers was fighting at Easton mall over who gets to buy the first edition reprint of Isaac Newton's book? AEP should give Easton and that area a discounted rate since they produce so much talent that will help society.
I hope they keep this overtime coming for us sticking through the stress and bull. This is the only thing keeping me from jumping ship
@2y6r Unfortunately sh-t managers waiting for their boss to retire and wanting to preserve a clean management record resulted in a-holes abusing the perks of remote work. I am not sticking around at AEP.
Observation: RTO employees must adhere to core hours of 9 AM–4 PM, arriving on time for work and all meetings within that window.
In contrast, remote employees frequently arrive late to meetings or depart early during the same core hours, citing personal errands such as dropping kids at school, driving a spouse to work, taking the car to the mechanic, or letting the dogs out.

Does anyone know someone who has refused to RTO? Did they get fired? Did they get a severance? Are people still playing hybrid games? The cafe seems a bit busier on some days, but I still see plenty of empty seats.
