ShareFile is about to be the biggest nuke of layoffs this year. Fake their numbers and going to get smacked hard. They're overhiring and moving to verticals....
Amazon might also want Sharefile for AWS.
Sharefile leadership has done a good job manipulating revenue by selling new Sharefile licenses to workspace customers. Now that workspaces is end of life. Right pocket moving to left pocket but makes the leadership look great And TK can tell people it’s a growing business. If they don’t sell them the next year, they’re done! The same thing as when they used to flip customers from Sharefile enterprise to sharefile SMB. The leader of that organization is a master manipulator. KH has been doing it for years.
