I have be with macys over 20 years. But today was a day from he-l. I had asked for specific day off. Got the day off. Come to found out a regional visit is coming on the day I am off. Was told by my people leader if I could come in after my appointment and be on the floor till 3. Cuz that’s when the regional visit. I responded I don’t need a candy cane . I also responded you are pressure me to cancel my appointment. After that I didn’t see my people leader all day. My punishment was to do all fitting room rods

Eh we've all had those days from he-l. I don't think OP is really upset about the work itself, it's more the total disregard of their personal time by their manager who only cares about looking good for the regional team. That's what makes things rankle.
Either you're an entitled 20-something or just lazy. Learn how to say no or learn to work.
Forced? Nah. Just say no.
Stand up for yourself and just say NO.
I would consider putting away fitting room rods this time of the year a vacation compared with having to put up with some off the customers.
Day from he-l = Isreal and Gaza.
Would hardly classify this, " as the day from he-l". Grow up and deal with it. Not worth posting this petty complaint.
