Layoffs are done with 1300 being notified across the globe. 1300 again in Jan is not happening.
Is this the same 1300 though you’re speaking of? When you say, in January?
Yes.
Layoffs have NOT actually started yet. Only eliminations have.
Next step - the "transformation" where layoffs occur.
Beginning in January, associates will be notified. Not every group, not every department, but it will be large.
I think everyone is pretty clear there will be more, given it's a " multi-year transformation". As to the when and where, no one knows just yet.

Cartwright is going to enjoy his millions and 2 week vacation and what he normally does on his town hall. When he returns back he will still be vacation and getting ready for that 1st quarter layoff.
Especially the ones who think they are good, about to find out yall been outsourced.
