With so many positive posts and congratulationary messages from across the leadership, what does it look for non-sales folks with respect to layoffs in February? Are layoffs even going to happen?
I know noone can answer with complete certaininty but whats your best guess around the situation?

7% in 2024, inclusive of non-sales this time.
Cut unnecessary spending, pay off debt and make a big emergency fund… it’s going impact many of us before the recovery of the economy. I wouldn’t count on any innovation at Dell to get us out of this downturn.

They have a long history of telling you how great the business did but letting people go. They are pretty consistent about it. Great revenue, BUT...... Great market share increase BUT.....
Please don't get my hopes up for February and then have them crushed. I want to be laid off, the sooner the better.
We received a video from Jeff (&Chuck) as well as similar thank you/ appreciation note from MD last Dec too. And we all saw the announcements that followed in Feb... I wouldn't read too much into the notes, OP.
