@2wfu+1q7WQlCo the Motorola stuff wasn't a layoff, those employees left when their unit was spun out.
However, there were 3% layoffs about 12-15 years ago.

- Results are not important, the politics play louder
- If you are technical, never be more technical than your managers
- Be quiet.. the silence is powerful specially when the kings don't want to learn what they need to do to be kings
- The leadership is blind and deaf
