I live close to PA so no issues for me.
How about people who come from far ?

Individual badge-ins are recorded daily
Thank god!
Now I just sit in my cube and space out, dreaming of TPS cover sheets.
This place is embarrassing tbh
There is no need to report anyone for not showing up. Individual badge-ins are recorded daily. If an org has poor in office attendance directors will get a list with peoples names and what days they badged in and didn’t badge in. Managers will be asked to explain people not showing up. If they can’t then performance ratings and termination will be on the table. As an individual contributor the worst thing you can do is to assume you are invaluable to the company. You aren’t. If you leave tomorrow and your disappearance impacts anything your manager will be at risk of termination because part of their job is to make sure they have redundancy in the orgs.
I’ve enjoyed the last 3 years of remote but I’m back to the old normal. Snacks are cr-ppy and whoever's been making the coffee needs to get on meds, but it’s been fine.
If the people who are being little bi--hes about RTO sc--w it up for everyone I will go hunger games on them.
I’ve adjusted my home office chair several times, so yea, I’ve adjusted.

RTO isn’t a company value, but having read how most of you talk I’m not surprised you can’t tell the difference .
Lets report those who don't show up to office.

I hope you don't mean 5 days a week. If so, I'm sorry for anyone affected. That's horrible!
