Can anyone confirm this? There has been no publicity.

Pros
Nothing, this is a stagnant work environment. You will not grow with the company unless you have a good relationship with leadership.
Cons
The current leadership team is not effective and displays a sense of entitlement, showing little regard for the value of their employees. There is clear favoritism towards certain individuals, resulting in a decline in overall business performance. From my perspective, it seems evident that the lack of experience in the leadership team is a significant factor contributing to the company's poor performance. The current President of Stores has been ineffective in her role and may have contributed to the company's lack of profitability…etc..
