Look, I understand it's all about profits and revenue for any organisation, and layoffs are an inevitable phase especially for this pathetic excuse of an organisation called Juniper. But the leaders here are of the worst type of people, who have been repeatedly saying during the early part of the year that, "Juniper won't be laying off, infact we are hiring and giving those affected people a relief".
If you (Juniper) really want your employees to trust your leadership, be upfront and acknowledge that you're not doing well instead of this hypocrisy.
Here is the worst part. When the layoffs happened, none of the leaders came to the forefront to address what was happening. They just made an announcement at SEC filings and for weeks the leaders just disappeared.
The leadership is just a group of dishonest people. And the only reason this company has been surviving till now is because of the good people who actually work there. I'm not talking about the managers and leaders, but the employees who work at the ground level.
