I recently seen two different Giant Eagle commercials. One for Giant Eagle and one for Getgo. The Getgo commercial showed an employee named Santa and having a great time greeting customers. The Giant Eagle commercial showed two Giant Eagle employees helping a customer by using sign. I have to ask are the employees in the video actual employees or actors? The reason I ask is the last time I was in a Getgo the two employees working were fighting with each other. One of the employee waited on me while fighting with a co-worker at the same time. Even obscenities were used as I waited for the transaction to be completed. The last time I was in a Giant Eagle and a deaf customer was in front of me the clerk got so frustrated with the deaf customer the employee tossed a pen and paper down and said “Just write it down”
If the employees in the commercial are actual employees please tell me where they work and maybe I’ll start shop there
