If you are investigating this behavior across BP please look into DL (Former CEO of BPX) and his closets buddies at the org. They have been doing a bunch of this and have never been caught. Why do you think DL left a couple of weeks after BL? Its common knowledge at my level and above. They need to hit pause on any further promotion of these women and they need to do some serious restructuring and demotions. My recommendation? Look hard at the women promoted in BPX over the last couple of years. You'll find some things if you flip over the right rocks.

The women deserve serious discipline, and possibly termination. Still it's best that they came forward and forced this delusional clown to get fired.

Not in favor of releasing women's names. Just a formal verified confirmation the women have been disciplined.

A female whistle-blower in May 2022 and another female whistle-blower in September 2023. I wonder if they came forward after they were dumped by the ageing Lothario, or if they have been annoyed at one of his girlfriends getting promoted. That's why the company procedure of declaring the relationship is in place. The May 2022 whistle blowing was regarding historic relationships before he was CEO and they didn't break the rules, so I think they have let him away with stuff for years, but his woke net zero agenda was a step too far.

Not one of the women has had the integrity to come clean and resign their position? I wonder how they live with themselves.

What about the women that strategically furthered their careers on his pillow, will they all be docked as well?
