Hock just showed a slide that broke down every major office by their attendance rate, and called out the offices that had low amounts.

This guy needs to find another hobby

Hock just showed a slide..

LOL love the downvotes on simply stating what the one person with authority shared with the company.

So you dislike the messaging and therefore want to hide it, or you like the messaging and therefore want to hide it.

You should have been stepping up well before the acquisition.

The first step will be legal letters putting you on notice that not showing up to the office can result in termination. This will come sooner than you think. It will also mean the end to any wfh flexibility you may have been able to unofficially use.

When you get terminated. It will be for cause without severance. Broadcom is not frivolous with money. Severance is used to avoid lawsuits. Not need if terminated for not coming to the office.

I don’t know what means “a lot of stocks” when it’s only 68shares for many that require 4years of locked term. More like small amount of stocks that’s uncertain of its value over future years and you’re handcuffed for 4 years trying to get in full payment. There’ are huge stock incentives I heard for management like directors and above, but what to do with us who actually get the jobs done!

Hock just showed a slide that broke down every major office by their attendance rate, and called out the offices that had low amounts. Then mentioned VMware had a very flexible structure, but VMware is now expected to show up.

Give it a few months. They are still dealing with 1000s of layoffs. Your time will come to find out - don’t worry.

I don’t think that’s happened, probably won’t happen soon, as awful as bc are even they know if they fired people so quickly it would be terrible for THEM! so much talent would be gone

JFC calm down OP

People do not get fired after just two weeks of not going in. You don't work for Taco Bell.

Don't use what is happening to others as a measure of what you should do. If you don't want to go in, then don't go in. You know the hammer will eventually fall. You will be placed on unpaid leave and eventually laid off. This was already explained in the last coffee talk.
