Juniper specialises in lying to its employees, customers and everyone in between. As a marketing gimmick, they use the narrative of how they are "winning" among certain segments and then the CEO (might I add, who can be a decent movie star for his energetic performances) comes on stage during the company meetings and feeds more half cooked lies while using words like "agonizing decision" about work force reduction and then go on to make more layoffs just days before holidays.
NEWS FLASH! To those who create this joke of a narrative: If Juniper is actually winning, then they won't have to "restructure" or "realign". Clear failure in strategy and leadership is evident.
It's more pitiful when I think about companies like Mist, Witesand & Apstra that I hear had great culture, but unfortunately were acquired by this sinking ship and failure.
