Every year since 2020 the Pandemic, the Day immediately after we're told what our Bonuses will be which is one week before direct deposit payout, Employees are quiet. You can hear a pin drop. There No or very few meetings, emails etc.. We're all in shock and depressed at how low and insultingly pittiful the "Bonuses" are. For me, it's time to abandon the Citi Titanic on April Fool's Day.
