Nothing makes me think of wasted energy than the whole PURPLE thing. It will now forever be associated with this dark period for Crown. AS AN OWNER, it seems to me that getting rid of that silliness and back to the beautiful simplicity of the B3's would be a great way to start turning the page on the debacle that's been the last 6-9 months.

They're values not slogans
Why do people feel that a company slogan is so important OR that the right one can save this company?
B3 or Purple? Neither of these, or any future slogans, do or will matter if not modeled with actions by the Board, EMT, directors and managers. In reality, they are “hollow” slogans or words and a false rallying point without meaning in a Fortune 500 company that is without morals and integrity. Let’s not sugar coat reality.
The EMT certainly has no intention of being accountable with severance. Total BS.
The B3s only became convoluted when people stopped following them. That's why there's so much traffic on this site now and how we became The place where possibility becomes reality. When we shifted our focus away from our mission statement we became adrift.
This type of stuff needs phased out of companies, period. Once the B3's became convoluted, they also became a laughing joke by the end of it. We don't need silly mission statements to properly represent a company.
B3’s were d-mb. PURPLE is d-mber. How about we stop wasting time on corporate speak and just do work?
The whole "purple" movement was/is d-mb.
