Likely that they will not formally send out the details to sign up until 15th December as that is the date they’ve set shares to be released. They should have been released sooner (November and December vest dates) but likely Broadcom will use the line that they were waiting for the migration to complete from E*trade which took a few weeks.

If they email you your login details now you might challenge that so they’re sitting on it. But as others have posted you can do a password reset with your employee id and get in.

Yes. You need to create an account using Broadcom as your company and your Broadcom employee ID. The employee ID is available through the Broadcom portal (not workday). Look in your profile in the portal.
Once you have created an account, complete W8 form and enter your bank details.
