Not forgetting the sh*tty HR. Have no ba.lls to do a proper communications. Instead just broadcast email for a major policy chain. It will only make more employees disgrunted.
If we were all treated the same, It would be fine, but clearly the workers will always be treated at more than arms length, no chance to progress , no chance to be listened to, so many I have seen in my 29 year tenure to be brushed off by pathetic narcissitic self important mo--ns,, the conveyor belt of successive managers and supervisers who are miles away from being any good is staggering, why does 3m keep losing out on getting workers who can feel proud to work here.
