Retention RSU's - Fidelity

Retention RSU's in fidelity shows vesting date as March, 2024. For those employees being terminated, how does this work?
Do we need to wait till March to get them?
or
Will they get en-cashed on last working day and the proceedings are paid via full & final settlement?
Thank you!!

For transitioning employees, does anyone have clarity about what happens with unvested shares? I cannot seem to get any actual facts or documentation

Retention RSUs will be paid as cash via payroll after you have signed all the release docs. Termination date is 26 Jan so hopefully on 2/2 payroll. It’s all in Stocks related FAQs for terminated employees in HR portal docs.
