Again the ELT missed the ship by a wide margin.

They are always playing the catch-up routine now with innovation. AI is just another example of them trying to be part of the cool kids just like it was cloud a few years ago.

Fact is that they are not innovators anymore. Led by inexperienced grifters whose knowledge of the industry is lacking hence why the strategy has failed.

The victims in all of thise are the talented people let go over the years. Highly experienced people who could have kept the company innovating because they knew the industry.

perhaps this is how the end begins.. ? It is dying slowly.. from ELT and then downwards.. few unsung heroes can't save it anymore.

Teradead ELT are praying hard

"AI? Please please stick, we don't have a clue and laid off all employees that could have help with innovation and technical leadership. We just want to be one of the players and inherit our piece of the pie so we can cash out our ill gotten RSUs and leave this place."

Well, doofus, the numbers were slightly off, but the just is correct. Or are you smarter than Bloomberg?

No wonder Teradata is in the shape it’s in with employees like the respondents.

That is hilarious. Whoever wrote that has more creative talent than the entire marketing team combined.
