Has anyone been told they WON’T receive a raise? Is that typically communicated or do supervisors just move on and don’t ever call you in to tell you either way? I don’t think it’s the latter but…. There are people who haven’t been told anything and are worried that they won’t get a raise

If you received no raise they are trying to nicely tell you to go find a job somewhere else.
If you are above the reference it means your ranking has dropped to a point where per the salary equation you make more than you should. Plan on no raises unless your ranking improves going forward.
Salary is based on YEE, ranking, CL. If in the past you had a higher ranking and now you have a lower ranking per the equation you are overpaid.
Told no increment today. It su-ks.
in my group, the boss only bothered to START communicating today, some are already gone on holiday and won’t know until Jan… Some managers can’t be bothered to do the minimum.
I had 0% communicated to me. I'm in my early 50s. Excuse - 100% above the reference.
I dont believe anyone actually knows what that word salad means.
OP raises have already been communicated. If you don't know yours then now you know your raise. Tough luck. Sorry for you.
OP+1q295Qou Global EQUITY BS at work! This will catch up with XOM. You get what you pay for and it su-ks!
Supervisors have to communicate salary to all employees regardless of raise amount
HR tightened the salary bands (US employees), this resulted in many being more than 100% above the reference thus little to no raises. #Weare (you fill in the blank)
Supervisor will still need to communicate that to you. Numbers only came out for a week, maybe just going around your group and yet to get to you.
Along with the no raise, they will also give you an excuse.....excuse of the year is, lowered inflation numbers, benchmarking with peers, and that 25% of the company didn't get a raise, so don't feel too bad.
My company doesn't always give raises to everyone in the team. Mainly those making more money then others, they sometime skip raises for those people or just give them 1%, so other people making lower salary have a chance to catch up and they give raises to the lower salary earners. But I think 2024 is going to be tough for many since unemployment is about to increase. Many companies have to refinance their debt at the higher interest rates now and so more companies will have layoffs. Therefore, start saving all the money you can and pay off the high interest rate bills (credit cards). Tough times are ahead. Update your skills so you can find another job quickly if they layoff you.
You will be told there is no raise for you.
