I’ll do hybrid until I’m fired.
Hope that happens soon.
I don’t care for your position. Have mine with enough RSUs to keep me happy.
You should quit soon so BC can hire another person.
Not so a dïck like you can work here.

You should quit soon so BC can hire another person. Not sure when they’ll start filing the vacancies due to lazy, entitled people leaving
If last week was any indicator this week will be light on in-office folks
There are many that lost their jobs and would be glad to take over your overpaid role.
Reapply then
Unless you’re unionized, it ain’t happening.
Now you want Hock to shake in his boots, form a company wide union.
In case you get fired for not coming to office, will you continue your demands for remote work with your new employer ?
No I'll simply not accept their offer if they state there is no remote work. Just like the thousands of good employees who are leaving because of no remote work. And just like the thousands of potentially good employees who won't even apply, knowing Broadcom's stance on remote work.
So many good people leaving (I'm one of them) and many good people never being hired in the first place. Great way to run a business. Good job, Hock.

Rather than dreaming, why do you contact the Alphabet Union and tell them you want to organize at vmware. If there were collective bargaining, or work stoppages under the auspices of a union, management could be forced to make concessions.
What kind of mo--ns accept offers and decline severance and then immediately take actions that will result in termination without severance lol?
Expect examples to be made out of these fools soon.

I am sure your colleagues and juniors or seniors are reporting to Broadcom management about your absences.
Better report to office daily if you want to earn money and not give up severance.
HR is probably looking at badge swipe reports tomorrow and having managers notify the whiners of their impending unpaid administrative leave.
These whiners have gotta go!
But what? You don't show up, eventually you get fired. There is no but in that.
