Thread regarding 3M layoffs

AIP through Q3?

I’m sure everyone’s expectations are low, but what are the current AIP payout percentages through Q3?

3M doesn’t reward growth. Executives are more focus on layoffs/cost cutting. How CBG could have this high AIP with terrible growth performance.
3M employees have to work harder and our compensation is reduced every year: bad GESPP, horrible Stock Options, RSU’s, AIP and poor increment on high inflation economy.

I had heard everyone gets a gift box, but not the big one.

It makes me sentimental for the days before AIP, when everyone got a quarterly profit sharing check instead.

Who cares about AIP or SIP nowadays. It's money losing scams.

I was informed today some AEs are moving to SIP as a “trial” or “test”. To be incentivized for the engagement they have with the customer…

3M employees are scr*we'd twice. Not only they lost money in the GESPP shares, they are shortchanged in AIP as well. Double hit!
