Any sense of what areas are most likely to be cut in future layoffs?

Its on going in every department. This time they do not publish the numbers. Goal is to cut down 25K by March 24 and save Billions, then start hiring in May for low wages/salaries.

Omnicare is in for a rough 2024, IMO. Once they couldn't unload Omnicare, the only path is huge cost cutting. The place is a total disaster, anyone doing business with them needs to have their heads examined.

Anything that is perceived to be able for automation is a job at risk. The CEO wants digital workers that need not be paid. However, the automation done so far is such poor quality it’s driving people away from paying for services. So it’s driving down costs but revenue is also impacted.
It was mostly managers and above in my department (PBM), so I have to think it would be us foot soldiers this time.
