Resideo has never succeeded in software or anything cutting edge. We should focus on reselling foreign made items and slap our name on it…
That way we just need sweet talkers , sales and brand ambassadors….

Here is a good one … in resideo blame the old timers until they quit or retire… make them run around or chase their tails by giving them the wrong info or only pieces then watch them …. Then blamed them so they get fired if they don’t quit or retire…
