LOL … I just got a customer satisfaction survey from benefits center. They do send surveys. Not sure if they care what I have to say. I am going to ignore it.
Division heads might do surveys, i know of one that does. But ya, Tan-man is tone deaf to those kinds of things.
Best to out your head down, work, get paid, then figure out timing of your next move.
A survey won't change anything, it is what it is. Be an adult and deal with it.
It’s really clear that HC gives zero fu-k about an employee’s opinion. He believes in the money makes anyone work for him. I don’t think there’s one and even if there’s one, it’s for the HR’s outlook sake as a big company. I mean their HR portal even has a section talk about DEI, how ironic and hilarious is that
Broadcom gets 5 on 5 on all employment surveys, for pay and RSUs.
Better report to office and start working asap.
