I’m in bootcamp admissions and have never been able to swallow the koolaid. The lies they tell us to get us through the day and sleep at night. I’m still here but have been applying elsewhere this whole year. No luck so far and 2U pays my bills. I feel isolated, like everyone else drinks the koolaid so easily. The lack of ethics in this position ki-ls my mental health more and more every day. Are there any advisors out there that can relate?

You are not alone. People can relate & are scared to say so.
As someone who just went through the job application grind, my advice is to really play up the sales experience. This is especially relevant for acs in the bootcamp arm of the business. Talk up your raw numbers and lie and say that you always beat your target by “x” percentage - companies cannot check a stat like that. Good luck 🫡
Whoever disagreed with this post, you are part of the problem and this company doesn't care about you.
