Chip has got to go.
This can’t wait.
Chip has lost all confidence from employees and investors. He must be hurting customer relationships as well.

Sounds like a terrible idea for the guy that has zero career experience outside of 2U, to be in charge of righting the ship. Not that we get to “Pick Your Own CEO”, but Andy Morgan gives strategic and reasonable energy, so maybe him?
That wouldn't be a bad idea. Would definitely help with employees confidence in the company
Re: the Anant people
Anant posted about his promotion on the day tons of employees found out they'd lost their jobs last year. Do you really think another selfish, tone deaf dude is what is needed at the top????
Hahaha that’s a good one
Anant can do it
Wow, so many bad ideas here. Andrew is just a mini-Chip and - aside from early new partner acquisitions - has no real accomplishments to point to. The only way to recover the company is a full leadership reset: Paul, Chip, Andrew, etc out. New leadership in. There is a reason Coursera's balance sheet is so much better than 2U's: the founding leadership is gone.
No. I don’t think this is the move. They need cut chip and leave Anant as solo CEO. An education company needs an educator leader. Not someone that’s never worked a serious job outside of Chip.
Andrew is a nice guy, but too inexperienced. Anant has the educational experience to revive 2U’s reputation as an education company.
It's about time sh-t gets changed around here. The sh-t show must have the curtains drawld !
Fun fact. Andrew started as a 2tern when the company launched.
Don’t we think he’d make the same mistakes?
He would make a good interim CEO. He’s the only one doing anything, and he would be doing a lot more if he wasn’t confined to partnerships.
Is this Chip’s alt?
Is this Andrew hermalyn’s alt?
