Segment leadership seems to be facing or may have already faced the axe. Funny enough the Presidents of the segments get to remain.
There also are cuts in middle management jobs in functions.

Because outsiders don’t know the real BD yet. Easy to lure outsiders in, like a predator going after his prey. Then you get in and realize how screwed up this company is especially at the senior level. Too bad many of you don’t have the courage to walk away. Still believing TP has your best interest.
What is going on with DS? I hear rumors of more cuts and even that some of the business will be sold off. Managers seem to be hiring externally rather than promoting from within which is also strange given that so many people just got laid off.
This is definitely happening within IDS. Quite frankly, the one individual I know who was let go was more of a headache than their position was worth. Never really understood what was going on and made detrimental, blase decisions due to their ineptitude and lack of awareness. The business is better off for it.
