Top management coming to Hinkle

Will be here on Wednesday….some new manager guy and his crew are showing up. Rumor is they want to shut it down like they did in 2019. They spent millions bringing the shop back…going to be hilarious when they bulldoze the entire yard this time. Will post more info after they’re visit.

Just proves that all you have to do to keep a railroader happy is feed him donuts. How can you not like a guy who gives you free donuts ?

I’ll just go ahead and give you the follow up now: two managers talked to us, fed us doughnuts, told us to keep up the good work, no bulldozers in sight…,ha, ha.

Why would it be hilarious if the facility was bulldozed? It probably wouldn’t be for the employees that work there. It seems the poster is trying to be funny at the expense of others. Not cool.

There's top management going to quite a few locations. They're touring locations because many of the top management got more locations to cover after the management layoffs. They're not bulldozing anything. JV said in a call that he wants to grow the company. You don't grow a company by intentionally making it smaller.
