2u should have sold off to BYJU when they had a chance. 2u is like the movie BOILER ROOM and most recently the Wolf of Wall Street.

Wouldn't shareholders have had some real leverage, where Chip was concerned, to make changes?
Are no shareholders board members as well?
Why does it seem like Chip has had full reign year in and year out.....even still?!
Shareholders should have started to tighten every loose sc--w LONG before stocks fell below $1.
Maybe, in this case, they got what they got!
I expect shareholder lawsuits--if there is anything left.
We're due for some, hopefully we can do something that is worthy of good press at the company soon!
