Have u ppl heard of financing? Who else will take on billy gates’ VDI and Selipsy’s VDI?
Actually makes sense to combine Citrix and Horizon to take on the juggernaut and Selipsy who will surpass horizon and Citrix soon.
Airwatch will go back to what it was but the name is stupid so it’ll get renamed as WatchAir like an airline flying out of ATL which will then get acquired by Ed Bastian of Delta
Citrix is not interested in buying the betamax to their VHS. VMware's tiny piece of the EUC market share are mostly disgruntled ex-Citrix customers also. The alpha does not need the beta, even if antitrust regulators would let it happen.
Bet Ivanti will end up buying EUC. Then they will start trying to sue rivals for IP theft and subsequently get BTFO like they did by Patch My PC 🤣
There was also a LockBit ransomware "incident" late last week at the US arm of the PRC's Industrial / Commercial Bank of China. You know what the exploit used to get in was? The critical Netscaler ADC/ADC Gateway vulnerability that's been exploited in the wild since August.

I’m not sure Citrix buying EUC would make much sense. $15B would be a lot to buy a mostly duplicate product set.
CSG, the group that owns Citrix, will probably by EUC BU and then combine them within the year. According to Gartner, this a slowing market of decreasing value so regulatory approval should not be an issue.
Combining two obsolete UEM and VDI product lines would not be wise. So, no.
There are few very few nut jobs who keeps saying critic buy EUC. First of all the can’t afford to buy EUC second the overlap will be a concern. Third, you still a nut job if you think Citrix can buy EUC.
