Mostly performance related, if you did not get at least in one 4 in last 3 years, you are in trouble. Total is around 1100 in SD

Those are the end dates of people impacted in the last RIF, it's not a new layoff.
So you want like an exact time frame with dates and years… got it
“We are done for awhile “ doesn’t mean anything; it could mean no layoffs this year, but beware in March time frame.
This is actually a smart way to keep employees on their toes and create some anxiety.
PIP literally stands for “performance impro….” You know what, never mind. Just keep being miserable 😂
PIPs mostly have nothing to do with performance. I have seen someone lazy get promoted countless times… while people that inherited the lazy person’s work and improve it and actually finish projects and meet deadlines get put on PIP. There is no logic to PIPs - if your manager doesn’t like you - it doesn’t matter what you do…
It was just confirmed that we are good for a while, however long that may be... As far as the low performers, well yea no kidding. If you don’t improve, you will probably go on a PIP and will be let go if you continue to su-k, that’s no secret 😂
"We are done for a while" was the exact words by CA
This has just been confirmed to be FALSE.
Speculation is the best part. That makes you get up from being lazy and update your resume and your skill set. Start taking whatever internal online courses the company offers.
Lets wait tomorrow to see what Cristiano say. No need to speculate at this point of time.
