Just did a job search for Store Manager Postings on Walgreens Site. The fact there are this many postings shows you how much trouble this company really is in now. There simply aren’t enough candidates in this company to fill these positions. They will have to hire outside the company to fill these positions and with all of the news about walkouts, C-suite firings and news about no bonuses how many real quality candidates will they get not many frankly. While I am not entirely sure that there are really this many postings for store managers because I was not going through almost 1400 pages for this search. The fact is that if the current CEO doesn’t really know how bad the disengagement has become in this company this should be a warning sign for all these people that this workforce realizes now that you don’t give a fu-k about any of us and we are tired of taking your sh-t as well as customers sh-t.

The fact that TB is even still there let alone running Town Halls tells everyone everything they need to know. Not to mention HM & ML.

Yep but last week Tracy brown said I’m her supoort office virtual town hall that they believe Walgreens is a destination for customers because we fill curbside pick up orders so quickly and that the stores are going to be the ones who help bring customers back. Uh right….do they not realize how poorly they have treated the front line staff who interact with customers? And she thinks the store personnel will have a sunny disposition to deal with customers and their bull sh-t? I think not. If they don’t see how upset not only the store staff and pharmacists are but also the support office staff then she and the rest of the c suite are more off their rockers than I initially thought they were. We are in trouble! Big big trouble.
