The press releases that I have seen regarding the fall 2023 layoffs have been limited to California. I assume that is because of the Cali luWARN act which requires a company to report any layoffs over a certain number. Any reports from Raleigh or Boulder?

Tempe lost about 2/3 of its headcount.
Information obtained from an HR manager. Many scattered satellite offices I know have layoffs. Informed by their line manager that even hr was not present. The layoffs including Qualcomm are very opaque. Companies including Qualcomm also have a lot of layoffs in Europe, Sweden, Germany and Romania.
