Little do they know a majority of the people getting 40 and 85 are the problem. They would have saved way more money laying off most of sp mgmt and letting line staff go remote. Then the real cream would rise and things would get done. The only thing most of the mgrs have is a great line of bs and a connection

$10k moving allowance, 30 day temp housing and essentially no support/assistance from the relo company, TRC. This $10k is to cover the move, visits to Houston to find a house and for the final travel to Houston. Not exactly working as it was previously communicated by CL. Going from a 3% mortgage to a 7% mortgage would be tough and no help with seller commission fees or closing costs on the new house. No help selling my house. If you got the standard $10k package like I did, the math isn’t adding up.

Same. Got an extra bump to cover costs with the 2 year clawback. I fear the same as the one that they will terminate you for cause so that they don’t have to really pay you back. All they have to do is catch you doing one thing wrong (like posting on here) and you are up a Houston Creek without a paddle. Crown gets a kickback from someone in Texas for bringing a body there, then you train your business immersion program replacement at pennies on the dollar and are let go.

If they think I’ll trust them with this employment contingency, they are d-mber than even I thought they were. They’ll fire you for “cause” right before the deadline so you have to pay it back. Wouldn’t be the first time!

I know a director got a 40k relocation with a 2 year employment addendum. If they choose to leave the company they would have to pay the 40k back. If terminated for cause they pay it back. If they get laid off they pay half back if within 2 years. Said director said their VP got a 85k relocation with a 5 year addendum.

I'm remote and got $0. Told to relocate or get severance. I already chose severance and given date of Dec 4 for my last day. My manager said they already hired my replacement in Houston.

My manager was offered 20k. She is in Atlanta. She is taking the move since she was going there anyway. She moved from there and has family so it's no big deal for her.

The offer I’ve received contains $20k for relo, paid upfront as well as a 2 year addendum on employment contingency post-move.

What anyone else has received, I cannot confirm nor deny.

The purple package is only a rumor. Crown doesn't want anybody from Canonsburg to remain on payroll. A package is the last thing they want to offer.
