This is definitely the Oct RIF being reported on, as their last day on Payroll is Dec 4th.
the October layoff did not have a Warn notice...that is why they had to pay out the Warn days to US employees. This 100 with a Warn notice feels additional.
This is almost certainly the October layoff being formally reported. Doesn’t mean there’s not another round though.
Must be an additional 100 if a Warn Notice was filed, as there wasn't one released last month for the 440, since they kept the % lower than the threshold. No Warn Notice in my severance package provided.
I think it is in addition because they filed a warm notice 30 days in advance.
Is this a part of 440 from last month or 100 on top of 440?
