Glad that cnbc is coming around to common sense. The beaurocratic angle is far-fetched. And too many vmw execs parroted the same line.
It's all political. But rather than asking what China gets out of holding this up, Faber should ask what China would get out of approving the deal?
I believe David Faber of CNBC. He broke the news of BC VMW acquisition. He broke the news of Dell going public.
Because the deal is dead.
