The current environment within Retail and Consumer is toxic. Leadership doesn’t exist. In-fighting is encouraged. Even rewarded. Everyone is power hungry and will throw you under the bus. There is no accountability. Hostility is the norm. Leaders start emails with “I’m not trying to be difficult” and then they viciously attack their so called partners. HR can’t help because leadership condones this behavior. Stay far away!
