yeah, but on some teams the situation is bad, some people either left or are slacking off and others are being pressured to work at much higher velocity and given the current circumstances that can be really awful.

Sadly, for a company without leadership and direction already, whatever you are doing doesn't really matter.
I get paid, I have stock, I need to be working for a company which is successful now and in the future.
I also have personal pride.
If only. It's not a vacation for some of us when we're still required to support customers who are increasingly irate because members in other teams went MIA and aren't even providing the minimum support or resolution for partners.
Sounds like you're having a nice time, my team is as busy as ever, so all this delay is doing is adding an undercurrent of stress underneath already busy and sometimes stressful days.
I'd love for them to just cancel the deal or close the deal so we can all move on with our lives.
It will be awesome if China need one more year for approval...
just take it as a long time vacation
Or take it as take 3 and learn something useful for the next job. You have access to plenty of tools.

No way. We’re out there selling the cr-p out of software, helping customers, and filling our calendar. Things are slowing down for some people, but for me and my team, we’re retiring Q4 quota and making magic happen. Every day is a selling day.
I’m on endless vacation
