There haven't been any major layoff rounds for a while. Should we consider this year done with in that regard and not expected anything before 2024?

They don't need to do another round. It's cheaper for them to cheat 10% of employees out of half their bonus, which will encourage people to quit in anger. The stack ranking they're doing is as immoral and detestable as the leaders of CSG.
This is happening throughout the tech world.

Originally it was scheduled during the week of Nov 6th. Assumption was AOP would've been done by then. AOP still ongoing and the targets have been identified we just now have to wait for delivery close of Nov or 1st week of Dec.

Imagine being TK and thinking that you're a good person. It's unfathomable. This isn't 'good business', it's just pillaging the company for Vista's sake. Nothing good is being created.
37 people laid off today (Nov. 13, 2023). Here we go.
Well, they just stiffed 10% of the company out of half their bonuses with their mo--nic stack ranking. So maybe TK's waiting to see how many leave on their own because of that (I imagine there will be a lot -- that's the point of it) before getting into the next layoffs.
