There should have been much more transparency around this whole process. We shouldn't have to scramble for any bit of information over something as important as layoffs. This whole thing is stressful enough even without that added into the equation.

Lower your prices RC. No business will pay $300/yr for a phone line that employees hate to use. They're using Teams.
Yeah, I’m not doing a lick of work until I receive some sort of communication. I don’t know who’s affected and I work across various teams.
I agree too. Last year's RIF was also not handled well. An impromptu meeting to tell us how great we did the in Q3 2022 and then telling us if we were part of the 10% RIF we would get an email in a few minutes was messed up. That said, I don't know the right way to do it but for all of us that are still here, we need some sort of communication as to the teams impacted and the # of people let go, if they want us to be able to focus and work effectively in the aftermath. The last thing we need is mass confusion to close out the year.
Does anyone know the details? Are they done today?
Agreed! I’m learning of layoffs by people joining meetings saying “employee x won’t make it to the call they just got laid off”. No clarity on what’s going on. Employee moral is super low. Few bad for those affected.
