Anyone receive their first severance payment yet? Curious how long you had to wait after receiving the first check and if the tax withholdings were the same as when employed.

Anyone severanced had their PTO paid out yet? How long did it take? Was it taxed differently?
Just received my 2nd severance statement and they took out supplemental benefits pay. Huge mistake on my check and reaching someone is nearly impossible. They really kept the cream of the crop in payroll.
Emailed my Signed Severance on 10/22. Day after Separation. I got my first Severance payment on 11/3. But didn't get PTO payment yet. I wanted to get it in quickly because you can imagine how many they are trying to process.
Was your PTO balance paid out?
Haven’t gotten any severance payments. Packet was returned to CVS Oct 27. Apparently there’s a revocation period and then it could take 1-3 weeks after that. Last paycheck received was Oct 20. Not sure what’s going on but waiting 3 weeks and could be even longer hasn’t been fun. Did this happen to anyone?
If u were let go your manager advised you when your benefits were done. If you were let go as part of the August layoff October 31st your coverage for insurance medical dental vision and also remember if you had deductions for your car and homeowners insurance that I'll ended. The only thing that will carry through for the end of the year is probably your car and homeowners insurance you'll need to renew a policy starting for January 1st elsewhere. Your manager should have gotten your personal email address to let you know about cobra and how you can cover medical under that. It's expensive but at least you'll be covered.
Yes and received Cobra information as well last week.
Op, did you get severance?
Received my first severance check about 8-9 days after emailing in my signed agreement. Only deductions were for Federal, State and Social Security. Deductions for 401K, Insurance, etc. stopped. Still no word on COBRA costs. If you go on the Aetna app, it will show that you have no active plan, so would like to get that information so I can make a decision on going through the exchange or not.
